All orders are shipped FOB Slippery Rock, PA 16057 and are shipped via FedEx ground unless otherwise stated on the purchase order. Customer Pickup is available in Grove City, PA during normal business days between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. EST. Please contact the factory prior to pickup to ensure your order is ready. Drop Ships are available at a cost of $7.50(v) per address plus shipping. Liability - All merchandise becomes the customer’s property upon release to the carrier. Paper proofs are FREE and needed for approval. Approval process for orders is a virtual for placement and if personalization is involved a list will be sent to approve names/spelling is correct. We will not do a proof for each individual name/personalization. Also proofs are not available on custom/nonstock items. In this instance a picture will be sent over of the final piece for approval. Self-Promotions are EQP net less 25% plus full setup. Quantities limited to mid-column. Order Cancellations must be submitted to the factory in writing.
